I didn’t like this site at the very first glance. I guess that it looks quite simple. I don’t really like very complicated sites as well, but this one looks to ordinary and it seems strange. I have tried a great number of essay writing services, but each time something was wrong.
Order details and Price Policy
The prices they offer are based on the following factors:
- Academic level of the paper
- Number of pages you order
- Delivery deadline of the order
- Additional features*(only if included by the customer’s requirements)
I needed an essay on Philosophy. It consisted of 8 pages and the due time was in 4 days. As for the quality level, I chose “Economy” It costed me $246. If “Economy” quality level costs $246, then what about “Academic” one?
Quality of paper and Support
- In 4 days I had to receive my paper, but I didn’t. I waited two more days and I should say that I was pretty worried. It is very inconvenient that you can`t contact the support team via chat. I know that this option is available on this site but it just didn`t work. I decided to call, but nobody answered me. The same thing is about emails, because nobody answered them too. I had no chance to ask for a refund because nobody would reply and give me the sum of money back.
- I was in despair, because I lost $246 and didn’t get the paper which I needed immediately.
- In a couple of days admin contacted me and told me that he didn`t receive the payment. I explained him that it couldn`t have happened. I checked my account one more time and made sure that I really paid.
- In one more day it appeared that there were some problems with the payment system of the site. They really didn`t receive it, and as a result, they were not writing my paper and they didn`t even start it! They should have warned me somehow that they have problems.
- I was puzzled, because I needed my paper that day. The admin told me that the writer will not be able to complete it within 24 hours.
They made a refund in two weeks and it is clear that I will choose another site next time! I think that the fact that the admin didn`t manage to inform me (as well as other clients, I suppose) about the serious problems with payment system can be judged as a sign that the administration should pay more attention to the quality of the whole service. I am happy to be a returned customer of another company and I am truly satisfied with the quality of the services they offer, as well as with the quality of support team.
