The specialization of this website is writing and editing services. Yes, the name of the website tells the truth, this service is located in India. I think this is the most distinguishing feature of this service. Usually I order at US based companies, somehow I feel more secure this way. But since it’s not always that I have a good experience with US websites, I thought why not try something completely different. This Indian company claims to have worked with customers from the US, UK, Canada etc. Besides, I’m an international student anyway. So I tried but it did not work.

Support

Even though they claim they provide 24/7 support, it’s not entirely true. They have given contradictory information on the website. Their actual working hours are 9am to 9 pm IST, and they only work 6 days a week. When I placed my order, support team was not online.

Price

I did not find any pricing table at the website. As far as I understood, to get an estimated price, you have to submit your order form with all the details, and then support team will get back to you. So I tried to submit my form – and spent time on it! Unbelievable! – but after I clicked Submit, I got an error message. It said that the order form reached the maximum number of entries allowed for this period. Well I did not give up and tried again, but I got the same message. And as support team was offline, I could not even contact them to resolve the issue. So that was basically all my experience with this company. India.

Speed

The minimum turnaround time available is 1 day. But with this quality of service, I would not order even with 5 days turnaround, because I would be very concerned.

Quality

This is not the first time that I was looking for and trying new writing services. But this is the only time when I could not even submit my order. I had problems with making a payment, I had issues with wrong type of service and assignment, but none of the websites I used had troubles with form submission. None.

Conclusion

It’s an Indian writing and editing service. Their customer support team was offline and due to some unknown issues, the website did not accept my order; I got a message that submitting orders was impossible at that time. Why would I even think that it could be a good service in the first place?
